Return Policy

If you would like to make a return, please contact us either by email ( or by phone (1-866-807-3828) for the eligibility of your return.

To process a return, we require that the products being returned are unopened, non-perishable or heat sensitive, and have been purchased within the last 30 days.

Most products are eligible for a return credit within 30 days; however, heat sensitive products, perishable and special order items are not eligible for return credit. We are unable to return or refund opened products due to dislike of taste/texture or size of product. This is not a quality issue, and is subjective. We do appreciate your understanding in this matter. 

Once your return has been authorized we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) that ties the returned item to your account, as well as the return address.

It is important to note that we cannot guarantee that a refund will be processed for any packages returned to our warehouses without a RMA. 

All returns (excluding those that are due to an error on our part such as damaged packages or products that have caused an adverse reaction) can be subject to a 25% returns processing fee due to the fact we do not resell the product.

Shipping fees for returned items are non-refundable. 

Please note, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Once the product has been received at our warehouse and verified as eligible for the return, we will issue you a refund back to your original method of payment. This process can take up to 3 weeks, so we do appreciate your patience.  


Purchases Made with Visa or MasterCard Gift Cards

While Fullscript does accept Visa and MasterCard gift cards as payment, please note that any refunds processed for orders placed on these cards do have to be placed back onto the card with which the order was placed. 

As noted by the payment companies directly they recommend that customers  "keep your gift card—even after the balance is depleted—in case you need to return any purchased items, as you may be asked to present the card to process the return."
