Changing or Cancelling Orders

To ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner, our system processes them very quickly to our fulfillment partners. 
Due to the speedy processing times, we are unable to cancel or adjust orders once they have been placed. We strongly encourage reviewing your order before placing it. 
If an order is placed that the patient or practitioner no longer wants or if it was placed accidentally, we can arrange for a return and refund, for most items. Items that are of a heat sensitive nature, special order items, or items that are perishable, are not eligible for a return/refund, unless the product arrives damaged or causes an adverse event.
Please contact our Customer Support team to arrange for a refund before returning the items, as we cannot guarantee a refund if they are processed without prior authorization. Please note, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees - we do not provide return shipping labels. Additionally, returns can be subject to a 25% processing fee. 
We have the ability to reroute priority shipped parcels to a new address prior to delivery if need be (in most cases); unfortunately, standard shipped orders are unable to be rerouted.
